Bullets and such...

Well, I am finally updating here. If you follow The Glad SAHD, then check it out, it just had an update posted as well, with lots of photos. And snow. And a moose.

Not a lot has gone on here that wasn't posted over there. I finally got my bullet molds in the mail, got them cleaned up, and tried making some. It actually went pretty well, considering I didn't know what the hell I was doing. I ordered some wheel weight metal from someone on the web, rather than going to the trouble of cleaning my own right now, and got about 19 lbs. With that, and what was already in the lead pot I got from my Grandpa, I was able to make a pretty nice pile.

this muffin tin. I was trying to knock a lead ingot out, but it was stuck something awful.

They actually all dropped from the mold the right size, so that was nice. I just had to lube them (I used floor wax), and now they are ready to be loaded. It was pretty fun, and I am definitely going to do more soon.

That is really about all I have right now, take it easy, all.

Oh yeah, and we got a new car.
