Large calzone (feeds 4-5)...

I know it's been a while since I last posted. I'm sorry. I have been busy with working, and with packing, and with finding a new place to live, and all that. So, thats what's up here.

Things are going well. Amy and I have found a house to rent in Marana (a suburb of Tucson), so we will actually live in a city now as opposed to "Pima County".

Amy flew home a while back to defend her capstone project for her doctorate, and she passed, so she is now officially done with school. All she has to do now is go through graduation, so we are pretty excited about that.

I went to transfer day at University of Arizona, and have been accepted, so I will be going back to school soon. Eventually, we will both be done, and that will be good.

Anyway, thats about it for now. I'll leave you with some exciting pictures to update everyone on what has gone on.

We had company, and ordered a large calzone from Mama's Famous. This is the box. On top of our range.

This is the calzone. It was huge. I mean really, really big. Had to force it to fit it in the back seat big.
